The Deportees track, “A New Name To Go By,” is utterly fun, but also exhibits restraint, holding back from being an unadulterated and ecstatic jam that wouldn’t hold quite as much weight. Instead, with its mix of steel pan and vocal harmonies, “A New Name To Go By” exists as a strangely warm ballad–the kind of tune that could soundtrack a climactic moment in a 90′s movie.
